Safety Rules

  • Never enter the inflatable unless an attendant is present
  • All participants are to remove all footwear, eyeglasses, jewelry, and other sharp objects before entering the unit.
  • Inflatables are to always be under constant adult supervision to ensure that children follow all safety rules and avoid rough play.
  • Absolutely No Confetti, Silly String, face paint, food, drinks, gum, pets or Sand in or around the inflatable.
  • Children of different sizes should not play together in the inflatable.
  • Children are not allowed to horseplay or other dangerous behavior. Please do not jump off walls or perform backflips
  • Do not bounce or play near the entrance of the inflatable, do not jump onto or off the Ride.
  • Riders should be sorted by size. Only riders of the same size should be allowed in the ride at the same time.
  • Only children 3 – 12 years of age should be permitted to ride. Maximum weight per rider is 150 lbs. or less. 
  • Do not use the ride and immediately turn off the ride, if winds exceed 25 Km/hour or it begins to rain.
  • If the inflatable deflates unexpectedly, evacuate all participants immediately. Check the power cord and circuit breaker for a broken circuit. If there is nothing wrong with the circuit, please contact us immediately.
  • Individuals with health concerns should not enter the inflatable. 
  • Pregnant women and infants should not enter the inflatable.
  • Inflatables are to be anchored to the ground with spikes or sandbags. At no time should they be removed.

Site Requirements

  • Flat surface. The best area to set-up is grass, but we can set-up on concrete and other hard surfaces.
  • Site must be clear of objects such as stones, sticks, sharp objects and animal waste.
  • The blower required to inflate the units requires a standard 110 volt electrical outlet. The blower is plugged in the entire time the unit is in use.
  • Clear access to the site is required. Gates and paths must be at least 3′ wide
