In order to book, there is no deposit required, however we requiere a credit card for security reasons only. Call us at (416) – 371 7532 our friendly staff are ready to answer all your questions.
Our bussiness hours for new bookings are monday to friday 9 am to 5 pm. Saturdays 9 am to 12 pm

Yes, We deliver with in the GTA area with some restrictions. Please call us for more information
 
Our delivery charge includes delivery, set up and pick up of the equipment. The charge is as per the city to which we will be delivering. The amount will NOT vary depending on the number of units booked. Call us for more information.
 
If delivery services are requested, we take care of set up and tear down for you. You don not have to worry about a thing.
 
Usually for a regular bouncer a typical 15 amp household outlet is needed. Now if you will book a combo unit, sometimes 2 outlets are required, please discuss at booking time. We’ll need a dedicated circuit without other electrical devices plugged in to prevent power loss due to “tripping” a circuit breaker. If you are renting multiple inflatables or plan on setting the unit up more than 100 feet away from an outlet, please discuss power requirements prior to your day’s event. We will provide the necessary extension cords in order to reach your power source.
 
A level grassy area is the most ideal place for setting up inflatables. The area should be flat with no bumps, need to have at least 5 feet of clearance on all sides and clear of all obstacles including sticks, rocks, sharp objects, sprinklers, animal waste, etc. Stakes are used to hold the unit in place. Inflatables can also be set up indoors, on concrete, asphalt or other surfaces, when necessary, and sand bags will be used to secure the units.
 
For the safety of the participants, each unit requires at least one adult supervisor at all times. For our larger pieces, such as slides and obstacle courses, require at least two adult supervisors. Adult supervision must be all times. Accidents on equipment generally happened for two things: too many children on the unit or the unit not kept secured. Supervisors should monitor the amount of children and make sure they’re acting in a responsible manner. Supervisor also should check the equipment for secure to the ground. Safety is really important no matter how small or big is the event, if you need a train supervisor we can provide one for an extra fee.
 

We have 2 type of cancellations.

1. Rain policy
Yes! you can cancel your booking at no cancellation fees providing 24 hours notice before the booking day. Our mission is to satisfy our customers, and if it is a rainy day, we will definitely consider the situation, please discuss about it at booking time. Now if you have already booked and you want to cancel your order due to bad weather conditions, please call us giving us 24 hours notice.

2. Cancellation due to any reason but weather
If you have a reservation with us, and you need to cancel due to ANY reason but weather, please provide 5 business days notice before the booking day. That way we have enough time, to offer your order to somebody else. if you can’t provide 5 business day notice, 50% of the owing amount will  be charged to your credit card. Please read your confirmation order.

During the peak season (May-October) if you want the specialty units, the sooner the better. These are very popular and get booked out fast. As soon as you know your party date, give us a call.
 
We always recommend that the space should be discussed before booking any unit. It is a good idea to measure the space before ordering. Please note that we need extra room for clearence.  If space is limited call the office to find out total clearence area required.
 
Yes!!! The more you order the more you save, please contact our office and we will provide our promotional packages that will fit your budget.
 
Absolutely!! We take safety very seriously and choose the best coverage for our industry, so don’t be afraid to ask for an insurance certificate.
